2 player games on 1 iPad to play with mum in hospital

Hi,

I'll be / am spending a fair bit of time with my dear old mum in hospital. One of the few things that's good at passing the time is scrabble on the ipad but it's beginning to wear a bit thin.

Any other good 2 players games, of the board game / quiz / slow moving turn based type variety I could try?

Good set of suggestions thank you all for taking the time.

It definitely helped make it all go much quicker, my mum's having chemotherapy so lots of sitting around and waiting. Never have I valued the ipad more.

Audio books might be an idea. Easier than reading.
