What PS4 game next?

Although I still have a few things I could do in it, I've just completed God of War. Great game! So now I need to decide on what's next.
I prefer this style of game, so have played these already:
All the Souls games (brilliant), including Bloodborne (not as good).
Sekiro - got part way through so could go back to it but didn't love it.
Horizon Zero Dawn - completed, including Frozen Wilds although never really loved it.
Witcher 3 - completed although not done DLCs
Last of Us - not played the last one. They're ok but a bit linear.
Red Dead Redemption (the first one) - gave up, complete snooze fest.
Skyrim - completed years ago
Tomb Raider - got one of these (maybe Shadow of the Tomb Raider), tried it a few times but just don't gel with it
Jedi Fallen Order - was ok
Assassin's Creed - completed one or two I think, they were ok
Any ideas for what to try next?

Yeah this, you've reeled off a bunch of titles you said you didn't really enjoy. Looks like New Years on my own so I'm going to get into either Detroit: Become Human, Death Stranding or Snow Runner. Only kicker is all three are still really expensive on PSN, but needs must. Either that or I'll replay Deus Ex Mankind Divided.Final Fantasy Vii remake?

I completed "Catherin - full body". That was unique as heck. Really enjoyed it.

It's not quite true to say I didn't enjoy most of them - I just think that the Souls games were brilliant, and they (and God of War) were on a different level. When I say the others were ok, it means they were good but just not brilliant.
Other genres don't appeal that much. Driving games are not for me, and call of duty type stuff isn't my thing either.
ETA - funnily enough, the reason I didn't like Bloodborne as much as the souls games is because I prefer the atmosphere in the souls games. Different tastes I guess!

The Witcher 3 DLCs.... Blood and Wine in particular is brilliant and has more quality content than a lot of full games do. I prefer this style of game, so have played these already:

Of those three, I'd recommend Detroit.Death Stranding is good, albeit bats
t insane, but if you're doing it on New Year's by yourself it may get a bit bleak by about 3am as you're wandering completely alone through a deserted landscape and some of the (excellent) music kicks in

Just Cause 3 was absolute mindless hilarity for me. Attach a car to a windmill? Attach a cow to a helicopter? Attach C4 to a nun while she runs at enemy troops? Wingsuit like a boss? All this can be yours.
Hitman is more of a gory puzzle game than open world but I really enjoyed it.
Ghosts of Tsushima was the most stylish open world I've played and may appeal if chopping people up into chunks with a fancy sword is something you're into.

Second vote for both these two, don't need to both with the DLC's for JC3 - the base game is fun enough especially trying to hit big numbers on this. Can reset regions too if you want to go back to them. Ghost of Tsushima was something I was considering so that may be an option.
