Aces of thunder- PSVR2
Discussion
I have mixed opinions on this. I was looking forward to it since it was first announced over two years ago. (I bought the deluxe version to support the devs) Flying around is amazing, doing loops and rolls is excellent but It's difficult to land in one piece. Is there a way of knowing if your landing gear is still attached?
It needs an external view while flying.
The missions are super hard and it seems my squadron does all the work while I just randomly shoot stuff. Where's the bloody enemy planes
It's good that there's quite a steep learning curve, as it's satisfying when you get it right. But, I think they should have an arcade option for when you just want to mess about.
I get a slight disorientation feeling with some manoeuvres. I don't have any problems with GT7 VR
I'm hoping the devs add loads more content: Bombers, jets, cities etc.

Right, that’s why I’m asking, I’m finding it quite difficult.
I’m used to VR, GT7, Arizona Sunshine, saints and sinners, res evil etc, and I’ve never bothered with flying games, but this is the first VR where I felt queasy! Luckily that faded once I got in the air Ievel flight and got used to it.
However, I’ve only managed one landing so far and trying to get on target to shoot at planes is nigh on impossible for me (maybe I’m more suited to being a kamikaze pilot).
Now, I only got if this afternoon, so am hoping I can get a grip.
Any set up tips will be appreciated because, I’m hoping, if I can overcome my uselessness it’ll be a great game!

Had a quick go in it last night with the sense controllers. It did make me feel a little queasy bit in time that will stop. The controls need some refinement, the flaps and landing gear was confusing me a bit. I haven’t tried any missions yet, just trying to get a feel for the controls before I attempt anything more complicated!
