Clutch is a new driving game headed my Mike Brown, now head of Maverick Games, previously of Playground Games/Forza. Open world with a racing championship and street racing. UE5 engine. Much customisation of the cars, a lot of them looking more Midnight Club/NFS with neons etc. 2027 release date. Looks promising but it's early days.
The first minute or so of the video is a bit odd, office launch party filmed on a phone and somehow filming upside down at one point. Then it gets to the professional promo bit.

I saw this earlier and like the idea. My hope is that the concept is far enough removed from the racing titles already well-established. If it can fill the void left by the recent TDU disappointment, I feel they'll have something good here.
Its interesting to hear the focus here, because for me, it's what the latest Horizon release SHOULD have done. More personalisation, more focus on just driving and enjoying the environment. Less emphasis on completing hundreds of tedious circuit races.
