Just got a wii yesterday, what's the id number for and what do you do with it?

okay if you go into your post (bottom right of your main menu) and go into your address book you can add email addys and other peoples wii numbers. It means that you can email/memos and have eachothers mii's on your console (i think). Also when you play online (whenever that happens, i think you can use it then but not sure how!!)

Just means you can contact other people through their wii!!!

oh right i see.... okay, well my wii is on and the wireless is on so it should start glowing blue at me once you add me i think - im not sure..it does so many things!!

Thanks, will keep an eye out - all currently showing as out of stock though. I refuse to pay £300 for one off Ebay or from Amazon
Marketplace (independent traders). I guess I will have to wait until some major shipments come in....

I ordered mine from Gamestation in Eltham (only place that would take an order) just before Christmas, it arrived on Saturday. The man said they are getting them in dribs and drabs and have another 8 orders to fill.

Got mine from amazon.de Took 3 days to arrive, just before Xmas. Wasn't going to bother, but seemed rude not to seeing as they were in stock. Glad I did.

Just checked Amazon.de and they are in stock for €249 which is cheaper than here although I don't know if you will get hit for VAT.
