well, my sad mates and my sad brother all play World of Warcraft, and they have just changed over to LOTR online.
Apparently its the same game with better graphics.
They are bugging me constantly to buy it, but because Im still enjoying my rock wannabe game Guitar hero2, I have resisted.
Just not geeky enough.

I bought it last Saturday, but it keeps crashing my machine citing graphics issues.. but for the brief moments before it crashes it's been looking good. Shame not all the characters talk (you have read what they're saying) I think Everquest manages to.

I've updated my drivers to no avail, but have a new PC + GFX card coming tomorrow so shall let you know then.

Well it continues to be fun

there does seem to be alot of beardies arguing about tolkien lore, which are much fun to tease.

Seriousness though I do hear it's quite good. But having been horribly addicted to EVE:Online I'm keeping well clear of MMORPG's. But, anyone heard about Hellgate: London? It's supposed to be "the follow up to Diablo" or some such.
