rFactor - V8 Supercar League

As per my post on the PCC league thread it's Australian V8 Supercars next.

Points are based on V8 Supercar 2007 - Win is 72 points followed by 60 51 45 39 36 33 30 27 24 18 15 12 9 6. Top 15 score points. I have added extra bonus points (just 1 each) for pole position, fastest race lap, leading any lap and most laps led.

Because some people don't do all the races the teams proposal might not work and I don't think I can easily separate the points by only putting the highest scoring team mates points into the championship, however the classic Ford Vs Holden battle can be done.

So who's racing? Both cars have the same physics so they are exactly the same in terms of speed, so it would be nice to get a good split between the two.

I've been practicing in one of the factory holden cars, but since that's taken I'll pick another later.

I might miss the first race as it's a bank holiday sunday and typically I'm 8 hours into a 14 hour bender by 9pm. I'll make the next one and depending on my pace decide on the rest of the season!

I thought it better if we all drove something different, helps to identify who is who. Certainly it worked well in the ferrari GTL league where everyone did their own skins.

Press TAB or whatever you have set up and it'll bring up drivers names above the cars. Easier actually than trying to remember or spot which car it is.

So thats why they never show up any more. Must have pressed it by accident at some point

Its a racing sim made by ISI use's the same engine as GTR2, GTL and Race and is for modders really

What's the Kiwi car (black/green one?), just need Ford or Holden.

PV, the WPS team is a black Ford and there's also the black Jack Daniels sponsored Holdens (I think?)

I think the wy it works is you make a one off donation for the server via Neil, I'm sure someone will post his contact details in a bit

Then you get granted the magic server password and your free to race!
