OK, I have TDU, like it a lot (didn't think I'd like driving games!), but at the mo, it is a little erm, 'buggy'.

With that in mind, what are the best driving sims you can get for graphics/realism/stability for a fairly high spec PC?

Also, I downloaded a demo of FIFA 07 for my stepson (who LOVES football), and he loves it - is this the best you can get, or are there better games for football?

Both work great with an XBox 360 controller I bought a couple of days ago!

GTR/GTR2/rFactor/GT Legends are generally recognised as the best racing sims around. They all need a steering wheel to really make the best of though - I only played GTR once in the 6 months or so between buying it and finally getting round to buying a wheel. Playing with keyboard was just hopeless because the physics engine is pretty accurate.

LOL, I agree - not a games console for me, definitly a more kiddie/girlie console with limited novelty value (at least for a 40 year old man who likes nothing better to put his feet up and play Rome) they have a TV in their room, so I may do a counter attack later today and regain some of my lost turf! tank

I have an X Box 360 joypad for the PC, and it works great! (Am sure the wire is longer than anything I was used to with the PS2, too (which is now resigned to the attic!)

I'm quite into my driving games and I have never heard of the game "FORD GT" and doing a search around I cannot find any mention on the games sites (It is not listed on Gamespot, which is usually pretty good for listing every single game made)

Any info, Screenshots?

I've played (very briefly) a game called Ford Racing 3, if its the same one then I though it was utter pants - you get to drive any car in the Ford US range (and a few concepts and race cars) including a wide selection of big 4wd's, all using what felt very much like the NFS2 or 3 engine - very arcadey, no realism whatsoever.

I guess another possibility is its a different name limited release of another game - in the same way that TOCA race driver is sold as V8 supercars in the NZ and Aussie market.

IMHO Pro Evo 4 was way better than FIFA 05 and Pro Evo 5 was better than FIFA 06, but Konami really dropped the ball with PE6 and I think FIFA 07 is a far better game.
