Any recommendations ? no-one seems to be able to match amazons no longer supported price of £200.

In the London/Essex area if actual real shops are doing good deals.

We got ours from Argos online for under £180, when everywhere else said they couldn't get the stock!

Got one from DABs in the end - good deal with an extra handset kit.

Got one last Friday, every store in Shrewsbury that stocks consoleshad them, just had to select the right package, got the wii + free game of my choice from Virgin and the additional handset+nunchunk from Game.

It seems that there is a supply available but shops still have a low stock, I bought the last one in Virgin.

Kids love it!!! and from my point of view it's great as they have to tidy the living room up before using it (otherwise it would be dangerous, said I, with all those bits of lego, etc on the floor!!)

Bought ours from Argos in Newbury. They had loads.

Went with the basic console, but bought red steel too.

So far all weve played is the mi wii games that come with the console

Argos are offering £10 off Wii console (£179) plus any game.

Also, if you want another Wii remote, buy Wii Play, as it comes with one (meaning you effectively get the game for a fiver).
