just got it and very impressed, good story, amazing graphics and very good ways of killing people

A bit like Fear and half life 2 mixed.

at various points you can summon nastys to help you on your way

I am very much enjoying this game at the moment

I have it for the 360. I've allowed it to get in the way of Forza whilst I see the story line to it's end.

Pretty entertaining so far (and a little odd in places!)

I also have it for the 360, loved the game that it's all I played for the week after I got it, only downside was that within that 6 and a bit day period I had the game completed on all 3 difficulty settings - so in my eyes it's a bit short, but still great fun and don't regret spending the cash on it - the hardest difficulty setting was great fun, several points in the game that you have to employ the sensible tactics mode otherwise you sit there thinking "this is impossible to get past" wink

There's a few other threads on the 360 version over the last couple of weeks on here too smile

Enjoy smile

Loaded it in for the first ime last night. Got to the subway for the first time.

Great first impressions so far!

I've heard it's a bit short, but I don't mind providing it's entertaining...

yeah, I have it for the 360 - a lot of fun - great storyline that gets you in... though the difficulty seems all over the place at times!

Don't worry he probably deserved it and probably got his evil heart ripped out and eaten, even more gruesome eh?

Indeed ! I tried F1 a bit later on lastnight, and got thoroughly trounced ! Much more practice required !

Given the sort of racing that Motorstorm involves, do you follow the general online racing game etiquette ? Or you do you just tend to push whatever is in front of you into a cliff/off a cliff/into somebody else ??

Im not really sure what approach to take, as I normally try my best to race fairly !

Depends who im racing really, I've had games on motorstorm where ive been pushed from pillar to post so gave as good as I got. mostly im a clean racer though but I think in motorstorm rubbing is most definately racing, just nothing to drastic. evil

Now when the gt5 download comes out that will of course be a clean racing game for me. driving

So you got a PS3 in the end?

No, 360 version. I've not fallen off the wagon yet... but it might be this weekend. Predominantly for the Blu Ray player rather than the games.

I decided I wanted a Blu Ray player about 3 weeks ago,and probably the best way to do this was the PS3. I use my 360 for games but the bonus is there will no doubt be a game for the PS3 I will want. When I got it I downloaded the lastest firmware update for the SD DVD Upscaling. The quality of the blu ray as you would expect is amazing, but as a player for your standard DVD's it is stunning. Because of this my parents are using my Denon 2910. I have had none of the noise issues people have spoken about and I think I now understand the market they are aiming for,ie one box does all. I never thought I would say this about a PS3,but it is worth £425 of anybodys money

Without wanting to highjack this thread, I saw in Argos this weekend that you can get a PS3, 2 wireless pads, two or the original launch games for £399.

Bit of a bargain I thought!

I saw that offer on Saturday too... I wondered if there had been a price drop, or if that was just a stunning offer...
