Kinda - sumbit a player review, then chose to avoid. It means you won't encounter them on "quick" or "custom" races. However, if they are friends of friends, they can still get into rooms you are in. We've had people get into PH rooms who've found it hilarious to ram people.

Must admit getting fed up with trying to get a race online, spent hour and half going though different rooms friday night, either full of people just talking and not racing, kids ramming you off the road just to get past/get round the corner or americans shouting random abuse at anyone infront of them, was rescued by an invite from westfield kid into a PH room where i could enjoy some proper racing, albe it in last place!
