Bunch of us on PH race B class (gets called scoobyring 'cos most people use scoobies) at the ring most nights (every night I can remember for the last few weeks ) around 10.30pm. I think I've got everyone who races from here on my list, but if you want in, send a friend request to someone on the list.

WTF you're 30 seconds quicker! I need to pick up the pace paperbag

I have run a 8:25 in un-official practice

Definitely don't have the quickest car anymore. Last night Bighoody walked away from me off the line - only got past cos he put it on the grass. Darra was all over me at the first corner too. I've got 405bhp, and I've tweaked the gears the best I can, so I guess they are putting out more than that. And they aren't like Altrezias Scooby either - his is a beast off the line, but I think he traded in his steering rack for an induction kit, or something.

I had to come off the brakes and go onto the grass to avoid a big moment with mekon into the Hohenrain-Schikane! I just got too close into the braking zone.

I think i'm finally re-learning the track, but i know for a fact i can stay commited into a few more corners, twin that with a clean lap (I had 4 seconds of penalties on the time posted there) and i'll be on the pace.

Annoyingly, I was twice on the pace for an 8:12 last night in free practice and binned it right near the end of the lap... definately much faster with manual gears though! I expect to be hot on you guys at the top's heels shortly biggrin

There's definitely more time in there. That 8.08.5 included a really shoddy first few corners. I'd guess there's at least 1.5secs to be taken off between t13 and Flugplatz alone. After that, I'd have to start hotlapping regularly. Outside of multiplayer, I've not done more than 5 laps in total. I still find myself getting 'lost' between Wipperman and Pflanzgarten. God knows how many laps we've done in multip now tho'.

Me too. I'm pretty sure that's where i'm losing time. In fact, from the MP races we've had i know i'm slow(er) through there than most of you. Fidgits and Stig could no doubt vouch for that byebye

Work to be done i think.

My new one ran an 8:35 lap without any tuning and from a slow free run start, will be interesting to see what it can do later! (If my XBL ever works again)

I was just looking through the scoreboards, and a time I ran in a stock c-class race we had a few nights ago put me 75th at the ring.

Hmm, might have to pop some light wheels on and give that another go!

8:14 for me now - getting there slowly! New car setup is sooo much quicker but very loose...

lol - weel, I really pwn with my 9:28!

It says I used a Tommy Kaira M20b - but I swear I was on a bicycle hehe

wink

I need uber practice on the Ring - could never be bothered with it historically (GT3 etc.), but am getting 'into' it as time goes on with the PH posse.

Don't make me bring the Charger out of the garage.
