Choose options (it's front end menu before you choose career/arcad/multi/options)

Press the x button when you are viewing a car in my cars

when you are in vinyls, you scroll through manufacturers vinyls with the triggers, or you make them with the primitives, or you buy a car with them on (that someone else has made) via the auction house

Best place to earn money is vias the endurance races with an AI driver (I turn difficulty to easy and use Ito, so I get about 50% of the prize money) if you have a play and charge cable.

yes, you can see the speed in MPH - just go to options and select 'metric' or english or whatever...


If you go to the races - all the way on the far right is the endurance races.

When you've chosen a car, you can go into the race, and select 'hire driver' - this basically will have the AI race for you - if you set in on easy, with any reasonable car the AI should win - so you can leave it for 30mins to an hour (plug the controller in though, otherwise it pauses).

Good way of getting some money up if needed, but I found i really didnt need to as you make loads just going through the career!

Also, online racing can be profitable... get yerself to one of our sessions

With AI racer trick ~ I only have a wireless doobry..will that work ?

depends, do you have the play & charge kit? (if not, get ASAP!), if you dont, you'll need to positon the controller so one of the triggers is being pressed constantly so it doesnt go into pause mode..

Or you can just wiggle the stick every 10 mins or so. That works, but it got on my nerves.

I have found XBOX Live gold membership on Amazon for £34 - is this a good thing?

I'm clueless as to what to do for XBOX Live...I was planning to press some buttons with my credit card ready...

Amazon is cheaper, but pressing buttons/credit card means you'll be on immediately.

while we're on stupid questions, is there a way to get the xbox to default to the Xbox live profile? for some reason I've got 2 profiles, one live and one not, but it always seems to sign onto the non live one

yeah, no worries.


The amazon thing Gorv - you'll have to wait for it to arrive before setting it up - better to do it from the xbox and be on straight away

Then you can download the latest cars, get the updates etc.

No, it's a one time only thing so, if you sell it, the only way to get another will be through the auction house. You do get the credits if you do it again though.
