rFactor - exporting replays
Discussion
I think you need to get something like FRAPS to do decent exports - http://www.fraps.com/
check this line in your PLR file
AVI compressor fourcc="DIVX" // Changes compression algorithm
I've changed mine to DivX as above. Then if you have the DivX codec/compressor installed it will export the movie/audio to the movies folder in your replay fridge. They will be very big though and sometimes the sound doesn't work. You can also use Xvid as well as any other Fourcc compatible video compressor format.

I've done that but to no avail, its as if the button isnt programmed to do anything AVI compressor fourcc="DIVX" // Changes compression algorithm

top of the Replay fridge screen before choosing the replay you want to record, top option for "Record Replays" I guess you have that turned off

Well mine worked fine first time. I pressed export and it saved the file as an AVI in Rfactor/replayFridge/Movies. It does take ages though.
EDIT: Spoke too soon, it didn't put any sound on, even though it was set to. Looks like I need to look into this some more!
