Were you online at the time? Repaired 360s need to be connected to XBL to validate your content - you'll probably also notice dowloaded expansions are missing as well.

Yeah, first major mistake would have been sending it back with the HDD (provided you did that of course) Most of the time they just swap it for another console I think, so that means a new HDD too.

Mmm. Odd thing is I did not sent the HD back. Also my downloaded arcade content is still OK ie Bejewelled, 1941 etc. I'm connected to live all the time through the wireless router. Just looks like its Oblivion ...

Thats a bit of a bugger, especially as it's that one game that will involve you putting days of your life into.

Could have corrupted that particular save when the console 'bricked'.

Mine died at the weekend and killed my Halo 3 save game. Everything else was fine, just that one save, but I was playing Halo when it died.

Was this in a house you own? I think stuff will disapear from random containers anyhow unless you own the property.

IMo just kill more stuff & move on, you build up things quickly, unless there was anything unique and irriplacable in there.

Yeah it was Frost whatever spire that I had bought so I want it back really. The save loads OK apart from complaining about the missing content.

Have you tried downloading it again? Once you have downloaded content you should be able to download it again without having to use more MS points.

Good point. I seem to remember somewhere that downloaded content was tied to the 360. I'll give it a try though.

If not then I suppose I will have to chase MS to refund the points .....
