Help Please

Guys ,
I know nothing about games, what format is best. What I am looking for is a driving game that you can use a dummy dashboard, steering wheel and seat if possible. The game or games that will cover the f1 circuits,Le Mans and Nurburring.

Can you please recommend game/games or where I can get the dashboard etc. I live on the NE London/ Essex borders.
