Last Pro Evolution on Playstation

Ive had someone tell me that pro 2008 will be the last showing of the pro evo series on a playstation platform after this its goin to be exclusively on the xbox 360 as they have made it an exclusive title. can anyone confirm this as I cant seem to find anything on it.

Pro Evo 6 was a next-gen exclusive to the 360.
