I'm not being taken in by the hype and haven't pre-ordered. Only time will tell if I'm right though.

Some stores will have used up all their allocation for pre-orders, where others might allow say 50% pre-orders and leave the rest for in-store stock. I think you'll be able to find one on launch day if you're willing to drive round a few local shops.
