Is this a one off thing or are you looking to do more in the future?
If it's a one off, then the iPhone will indeed be all you need. Although, one add on is to use an external mic. People forgive shoddy camera work but not shoddy sound.
If it's a longer term thing then you need to start thinking about a couple of Go-Pros so you can capture what you're going from different angles and perhaps pair these with a master camera like the Sony Vlog ZV-1F and some small lights - a couple of Godox LEDM150 LED will suffice. You'll then be into the realms of multi-cam clip editing so you need to think about editing platforms - Final Cut Pro is excellent for multicam work.

Thanks for the info. It’ll basically be a one off. If it's a one off, then the iPhone will indeed be all you need. Although, one add on is to use an external mic. People forgive shoddy camera work but not shoddy sound.

I realise the op doesn't need to do this, but anyone who does need to do a multicam video, especially if they are working on their own, the Blackmagic phone app on an iPad and a two or more iPhones you can monitor on the iPad and control the phones as slaves in real time and the files will already be synced.
