32mm to 37mm lens adaptor

I'm trying to get hold of a 32mm to 37mm lens adaptor for a Kodak DX4900 digital camera.

As it's a few years old, they don't make the adaptor anymore and I can't find any available at the bigger online camera shops.

Can anybody on here help?
