How do people get away with using music on their videos? Every single time I put some music on a video it gets banned for copyright infringement but there are hundreds of other videos with the same tracks, who no doubt have not asked for permission.

Is there a way to stop this happening or get legit rights to use tracks?

I got one banned for copyright infringement as it was composed by some bloke called Steve Carter.
