Vimeo help

I've just tried to open an account and the verification email sends me to a link stating I must be "logged in to do that".

So I can't upload anything. Just checking i'm not doing something daft before I contact them.

The other question I have is, I have a clip of video set to some free music from youtube music library.

Can I use this on the Vimeo site or upload it elsewhere for that matter.
