I took a decision about a year ago to start using Flickr, which I am more than happy with.
However, I have several hundred pictures sitting on Picasa, which I would like to transfer.
I am not sure how good they will be, because when I download them individually, the file size is very small, so I suspect that they will be low resolution. Want to give it a go though, is there a tool out there?
I found one, but it appears to be no longer supported.

I've used Picasa for many years with thousands upon thousands of photos in its database without any problems. Picasa is merely a database so doesn't touch the original pics, they remain in the folders you put them in at the resolution you added them.

What you could do is create copies using the original resolution, then move them all into a single folder which might be easier to upload to Flickr. That way you retain the originals whilst copies are uploaded to Flickr.

Incidentally, what is the software you mentioned that no longer appears to be supported?
