These don't seem to feature in the Wiki (and I wonder how often people remember to look at it?) but I thought some posters might be interested in a small number of online photography magazines and journals, some of which do printed copies and monographs too. For example as a Christmas pressies to oneself?!

I've enjoyed OnLandscape - https://www.onlandscape.co.uk - for a while - increasingly 'full' and regular on line magazines featuring some well known names from the UK and wider plus good technical articles and reviews, though the emphasis is on the pictures. Run by people like Tim Parkin and Joe Cornish they also do workshops, conferences and exhibitions. The have 'found' (or exposed, pardon the pun) a number of new up and comers on the landscape scene.

Through them I've just found Landscape Photography - http://landscapephotographymagazine.com - for just £56 I've got a platinum member ship that gives me 2 years worth of future copies (monthly) and I've downloaded 58 PDF versions dating back to 2011. So less than a pound each, for amazingly well presented magazines again focussed mainly on the image making and featuring highly rated names from the US, UK and elsewhere.

And then there is LensWork - http://www.lenswork.com/index2.html - awesome quality of work and for the printed copies and monographs, physical print too. This is US based and focuses mainly on landscape and architectural photography and though typically American the range is good and the imagery often wonderful. They have some good discounts on for Christmas...
