ION AIR PRO 3 Advice Please

I wonder if anyone can help I received this as a gift over Christmas and I am not that into gadgets still using my old Blackberry and don't want to change.

I am wondering is it possible too link this to my lap top instead and how easy is it to set up and use.

I am keen to use it when out at car events on the cars
