General What Action Camera thread

Doing an Alpine road trip on my own late May and want to record it.
Where I work has a Garmin Virb which I'm going to 'borrow'
but I want some other angles without having to stop every 5 mins.
I don't want to spend £200+
I want flexibility in terms of battery life and not being caught out or caught short.
I want good HD quality visuals and if possible decent audio too.
doubtful I'll be needing 30m of water proofing though

So there are a plethora of Go-Pro copies and random brands.

What do you lot suggest..
current options as far as my surfing has raised are :

Muvi K2
Kaiser Baas X100
Decathlon's own brand thing...

I have one of these as well as gopro hero 3 silver. It does a similar job and can be had cheaper on sites such as banggood and gearbest

Thanks for that, it only appears to work with Android.... should've said I have a few Apple products I need it to talk to...
