I think the Lumix CM1 is the only one that is, though it actually is a phone! The camera is reputed to be good, has 1" sensor but a fixed focal length, though the phone part probably isn't that great now.
For something a little bit (10mm) thinner then the RX100, the Canon G9X is another 1" sensor option, then there's the Fuji XQ2 and older Lumix LF1.

Thanks for the info gentlemen. We've decided to go with the Canon G9X, we've always got on well with Canon stuff and I'm used to the menus etc.
Cheers
Let us know how you get on with the G9X because I've been considering whether to invest in another RX100 in the near future and have been waiting for the RX100 MK5 to come out in order for the prices of the MK4 to be lowered.Cheers
I've been reading up on the reviews of the G9X because it certainly looks to be a very impressive bit of kit and certainly on a par with the RX100 MK2 though is physically a little bit smaller so will be easier to put in your pocket. I used to have a Canon S100 and the one thing that used to annoy me intensely about it was the poor battery life so it might be worthwhile picking up a 2nd battery before you get caught out.
In the meantime I purchased a relatively cheap Sony WX500 superzoom compact camera which has turned out to be nearly unusable in bright sunlight due to reflections on the rear LCD screen which I have thankfully overcome by buying an anti-glare screen protector from Amazon which has worked wonders. Why Sony don't provide a matt screen as standard is beyond me!
The Canon interface is certainly far more intuitive than the Sony offering, though I've become a little bit more used to the Sony menu system though have no idea why they don't listen to their customer base and improve it. I say this from using the Canon S100 in the past as well as a RX100 which has now sadly broken and now use a Canon 700D DSLR which I'm very pleased with.

I've just ordered the RX100 IV and have high hopes of it being a great always-with-me camera. Decided not to wait any longer with a couple of overseas trips between now and the arrival of a V. Sony cameras are really coming of Age now; I have the RX1R and it is a truly awesome little full-frame.
I'm invested in Canon for my DSLR's (6D and 7D MkII with a few good white lenses such as the 100-400 Mk2) but would love to try the A7's.

When I'm in the position of needing to select from similar items from different makers I usually go with whichever make I've got on well with, and all my camera stuff is Canon, and I rely on them not to let me down when it comes to classes of products that I'm not familiar with.
