What happens when someone rings you up to film a Zonda F
Discussion
I'm not by trade a photographer..I appreciate a great image and snap away in RAW and capture some good shots when it matters. I move to Singapore and, after relinquishing my career as an automotive engineer, I wonder what to do out here. More honestly, I miss my cars...massively... so when I stumble across this showroom jam packed with exotica I am in there like a shot.
I take some photos (lumix G3) and the company asks whether they can use them. I then buy a DSLR (7D) for another project and a slider and randomly practice using it on a BMW parked outside to grab some video that the car company spotted on facebook. It's hardly Spielberg but am surprised when i get a call at 10am from Autoinc whether I can come in and grab some footage as they have the only Pagani Zonda F in Singapore. Oh, and it's there now needs filming within 1 hr.
At this point a mild bit of panic sets in...they want the car filmed being detailed and after etc...and I'm thinking, I have never ever done this before..I'm an engineer.... So, here we have the first ever video from someone who knows not a lot...please, slate some of the shots, the chromatic aborations, the preparation etc...I had NO time to plan this. I look back and cringe at some aspects but...a pleasure to work with this car.

From then, I did film for some client who wanted to remember his 997 turbo before he sold it.

and then a stock video/adbvert (ok...just using templates)

and then i do these videos below...yes, I could be more imaginative but I do the whole photo/video/edit in 2 hours per car so client is happy with that.
