Recommended photo editing app or service

My best friend and best man at my wedding took some photos on the day which unfortunately make my wife look like she’s got very yellow teeth, hah!

Can anyone recommend an app or an online service where I could either edit them myself or have them edited for me?

You just need to use any image editing program, highlight the teeth and desaturate or turn down the orange and yellow levels.

Lightroom even has a preset for this.

Or pop the original photos into a dropbox or whatever, send me a pm and I'll do it for you tonight.
