Nikon sb800 broken infa red lens cover

Morning,
My sb800 has somehow got a piece of the infa red cover broken, it's not available from Nikon and nothing on evilbay
Any ideas how to fix it please?

If you've got all the bits - superglue. Otherwise I think you'd have to find a 'spares or repair' one on eBay.

No bits I'm afraid, evilbay it is then

Presume you've tried it and it doesn't work with a bit missing?
