I was under the dash last night wiring in some new side repeaters and giving the wiring a check over around the relays and fuse box and I noticed that the flexible duct to the airvent on the passenger side of my dash goes absolutely nowhere.

Is this normal?

Aha yeah, I reckon you are not far off the mark there.

I couldn't see anything at all that the end of the duct should fit to.

I need to check over the ducting anyway as my wife is always complaining that there's no heat coming out on her side at floor level whilst I enjoy a superb blast of hot air around my feet from the excellent heater.

I must have a rare and decent heater as everyone else appears to say that they are sh*te. Anyway keeps me warm when the hood is down in November.

Another job for tonight I guess .......I was in the garage last night - must have got a bit carried away .....got to bed 4 hours before my alarm went off!
