Need to do some late spring cleaning on the car, was wondering if any one had suggestions for cleaning the exhaust pipes and leather seats.

Exhaust - Autosol?
Leather Seats - ???

My leather seats are really grubby - many years of grime and they seem to have lost their softness too!

Great day for going topless Whooaaahhhh!!!

Liquid leather have a good product range for cleaning and reconditioning the leather.

Renovo have an excellent set of products for the soft top. There is usually a link to their ad on this PH site. I've used this and it is excellent stuff.

Mer make a very good polish and it can also be used as a wash n wax when added to water. Mer can be bought in halfords, it offers excellent paint protection, I've seen lighter fuel poured on a bonnet previously polished with Mer and set light to and it didn't mark it at all. I've used it and found it was very good.

I've just used Meguire's Gold Leather treatment on my car. Great stuff. Autosol for the pipes and Meguires Carnuba wax for the Paint work.

I hope so, or I'm in trouble. Infact I'm told it should make the alloys all nice and shiny too!

I use the old faothful 'brasso' on my pipes, seems to make them gleam and keeps them clean for quite a while too.
