Guys - does anyone know if TVR still supply the front end for an S3C (i.e. with driving lights recess)

Mine has been:

1) Reversed in to (cracked the GRP around the indicators)
2) Keyed (this isn't too visible though
3) Is generally in pretty shabby repair

As I have just had the rest of the car resprayed, I was thinking about having the front end done too However, given the extent of the damage the cost of this (c.£1k) I may as well get a new one.

Any opinions?

(I know it will be on an S2, but I like the 'driving lights' look and the lighting needs as much help as it can get)

Cheers y'all!

I have just fitted a TET mouldings bonnet and I must say I am very impressed

The car is an S3 but the owner wanted the S3 bonnet with the driving lights

I had to cut out the bottom of it a little for the front mounted fan to clear and take a little from the back edge but it fitted as well if not better than the original

I will also add that the packet of fags and can of 7up was put on the brand new roof by the owner and not me!

Cheers

Thats a bit odd - wouldn't you paint the bonnet pre fitting?

Also, I thought the S3C bonnet had the side vents like a chim? - or is it a case of whatever was left in the factory
(again!)

Always best to fit bonnet first to adjust shut lines etc. Then remove , paint, refit and fit bumpers lights etc. Otherwise you end up chipping the paint trying to adjust

There are also quite a few holes to drill, one slip after it's painted..............

Thought the door length is different between S2 and S3.
S3 has longer door....,
So S3 bonnet will fit after you made 'adjustments'?

Yep door length is different but the doors do not align to the bonnet but a side panel

I have S4 bonnet on my S2!

Fit could be better, but only needs a bit of adjustment otherwise looks great.
