A few words on reflection of this weekend;
First thanks to Mycroft, farmeryellow, V8Smith and everybody who helped organis the event. Fantastic day out guys!!
Big thanks to Silverstone TVR for putting up with us!!
Now many thanks to Pies and all the guys who met at South Mimms who waited for me as I engaged in yet another dazzling display of "Chris Manley Navigation". Sorry for keeping you guys held up.
And thanks to Wonkygibbon for the extra gallon fuel, I owe you a
or two mate.
Also thanks to the kind person who lent me the 7mm spanner with which to take my door trim off with after the door handle broke.
Now a few apologies.
Sorry to Pies and all the guys who met at South Mimms for making you wait for me, and apologies to everybody that we were due to meet a little further up.
Also sorry to BERGS2 for not recognising that youy were in a convoy with us, so many faces! Nice meeting you though, I'll let you know when I'm next down South.
Also my girlfriend has decided that a good idea would be for my family to buy me one big Xmas present this year...... a gps unit!
Who has video footage of the day? I only have a little bit of the Hatfield tunnel. Unfortunately I missed the massive flames coming out of the back of a V8S. My pics are real phots rather than digital, so will post them when I get them developed.

Good to meet all you guys - as usual didn't get a chance to say hello to as many people as I wanted but those I did were a thouroughly decent bunch.
G/F took some video footage during the Convoy up from South Mimms - but unfortunately not in the Hatfield tunnel...
Perhaps we can start a collection for your GPS before the next one?
