Pulled up behind a nice S, blue V8(i think)H reg, on M1 this morning, we mini convoyed between J14 and J12. Anyone admit to seeing me, are you local to that area?
That's the first time in a 1 year of having an S that I have seen one while in mine. I was really chuffed. I even phone my wife up when I got to work, she said it was sweet! Plus we both had roofs of, cool, and it was!

Hi, Paul

It was me down from Cannock Chase to Watford for the day.

While I've seen S's at Piston fest and S Club Heaven 2, you're the first spot in normal driving in 14 months. In that time I've done 12,300 miles (including 1,500 mile round trip to SW France and a few visits to Scotland), so I was equally chuffed when you pulled up behind me this morning.

Agree with Harry about the joys of open top motoring - despite setting off this morning in the dark - great way to start the day.

Anyway, thanks for the mini convoy - that and the weather on the way back made the day

Cheers
Rog

Roof is staying on at the moment out of respect for some extremely dodgy thread holding the back window in. Just one more job to sort out along the way, as if I didn't have enough to do with all the other stuff!
