these alloys - worth anything?
Discussion
thinking of keeping these and having them done in anthracite for the project S. However, Claire likes the original S1 chrome alloys on her car so thinking might be worth flogging these to help pay for the engine upgrade. However, not so sure its worth it if they are only going to raise peanuts. Any views? 4 stud fixing

oh, and I thought I better update Claire's profile

thanks for the positive reaction guys, might be enough to persuade Claire they should be used on the project S, soon to be named.
Richard mate - get your arse down to my place for a Hants region meet and you can ride shotgun if ever you need a TVR fix. As that awful song goes "dont be a stranger"

I'm hoping to still make some of the Hants meets now that I've proved my credentials by arriving at least once in a TVR!
I'll look forward to soaking up some of that V8 goodness.

best not ask Claire to take you for a spin once her motor is back on the road then
be good to see you there
well I'd use them ...but then again that's why I bought them originally and they do look good on the car. I bought them here from PH classifieds originally and have never seen another set since.
Edited to add, The wheels are eithera Rimstock or a Rimstar and were available as an after market wheel around 1988-91.. accordingly a period classic to suit the S Series.
Cheers,
Matt.
