From the recent trackday at Kirkistown Northern Ireland.
Including me tracking the V8s 2 days after I bought it !!!
I did take it easy however, honest K400. !!!!
There was a professional photographer present for a local car mag, so lots more pics to come (and higher res ones).
Just thought I'd post them as they were great pics.

A little OT, but if a V8S rolled, would the hood, if up, provide any stability as a roll cage. Obviously not much, but if secured in place, would it offer some (and praps allow the car to roll on the roof) if the car did roll?
*shudder* I try not to think of these kinda things.
But I suspect your right, the hoop would provide *better* protection that nothing, but I also suspect It would not be that much. Indeed I would expect the standard steel roof stay to buckle quite easy.

I read somewhere of a S (or perhaps Chimaera or Griff) driver who rolled their car, the leant over and gripped the centre console for dear life and managed to come out of the car alive, the winscreen and supports had crumpled to nowt
There is quite a heated thread on impact protection in the general TVR chat forum at the moment, with a lot of opinions on both sides of the have or have not safety equipment issue.
