A dark S on the M3 just approaching the M25

both around 6pm ish

Not quite, although I was in the Tiv. The reason I said both around 6ish was cos I really didnt have a clue what time it was. I know I got home around 6.45pm though.

M26/M25/A21 was probably me, I was heading in that direction in "Oldred" on my way back from Austec, sorry I didn't see you though.

aha - sounds about right, I had just come from Frittenden and was heading home that way. Looked lovely and shiney, twas the other side of the carriageway just as I had come onto the 25 and yes, I can vouch for the roof being down, as was mine
