about 8.30am, a dark J plate S - possibly blue or black (it was too shiney and the light was too bad to be sure!!) heading south on the Brighton Road. There I am ambling along the pavement towards the train, day dreaming about TVR ownership, and the first S series I've seen in this area burbles past! Anyone here?!!

Redhill? I'm sometimes seen down there as my brother goes to Reigate College. Although it wasn't me this time. I'm still in Newcastle.

I;ve only ever seen 4 other S cars, one was F908TIM, twice once near Rye and once in Ramsgate.

The others were all for sale at garages, one in Littlebourne near Canterbury which was a mid blue S3 (H reg as I recall) and around £12k , a red S3 at a garage near Margate priced around £7k, this was very clean with a new hood and low miles and another dark metallic blue one again I think it was an S3 (Pies spotted it too) at a garage in Canterbury and if my memory serves me well it was £5500 but needed a bit of a tidy up.

I've never been spotted either. I guess I don't use the car enough .....but I am in the S today and hoping that it doesn't rain!

Either way, good on yer Fizzy

Kentish, Ive only seen 2 S's... The one I spotted last week which was down from up norf, and a blue one 2 months ago which was probably also passing through eastbourne.

I wonder whether I'll ever see another V8S, other than at a meet.
