never like to comment on PH members cars for sale but hey...

doesnt the green S2 recently put up for sale seem a right bargain? It looks as though it only needs some very minor TLC, no major work. And its dirt cheap!

christ, is that all they are worth

Seems a fair price by the look of the pics. -At the end of the day they are 13 year old motors (albeit nice ones)

i guess so. seems an awful lot of car for the money though. My own view on any TVR is that the age becomes irrelevant at a certain point (not just the classics, but look at the 83/84/85 Tazs). To cherish and tinker with, £3.5k for such a great car seems peanuts. Just my 2p worth I guess

true - I suppose that would have an effect on value. still, dont want to speculate on the car too much. Someone will get another bargain IMHO

and good luck to whoever is selling - hope its for another Tiv

Q plate generally means 'origin unknown' i think.

Generally it has lost its identity somewhere along the line or may of been built from parts. May of been stolen/recovered with the chasis number missing and no number plates, thats all it takes.

Could be a damn good car for the money. The only restriction is you cannot out private plates on to hide the 'Q' factor.

Its not my intention to cast positive or negative vibes regarding this sale, I havnt even seen the advert & wouldnt want anyone to think I was suggesting it shouldnt be bought.

I think the V8S in the 'Trader' had rotten outriggers. If its anything like a Wedge thats a body off job. Good one to restore maybe as the body is coming off anyway?
