Didsbury - just off Fog lane, although the car is in Scotland which is a pain in the arse. Price you pay for not buying a house with a garage!

Sounds like a plan DB - would love to.

Where do you live? I'm guessing its not too far from me.

That post was almost a year ago!!! I take it you have been keeping a low profile.

Sorry to butt in, but I also will be going to the meet (with a bit of luck) AND frequent Tesco car park in my Chim 450 (purely for shooping reasons) AND live close (Burnage). Fancy meeting at the Tesco car park before rumbling on to the meet?

Good idea Richard - nothing like a bit of convoy action!

I don't have my car down here as no garage, and not prepared to let it lve on the street, so I'll be a passenger with DB.

There are another two TVR's in Didsbury that I see quite regularly, and blue R plate Chim which lives on Fog Lane and a Mica Red M plate Griff which lives just off the Kingsway at the Cheadle end. Any idea who they are? Would add to the fleet!

Cheers

OK guys, that sounds like a good idea. I can meet you at the junction of Fog Lane and Wilmslow Road just before 8pm.

I have also emailed andy43 through his profile to see if he is free to come (met him at the last Romper meet - see North West threads). He lives in Didsbury as well and has a green 4.3 Griff with a very evil exhaust note

As far as the blue chim on Fog Lane is concerned, I have seen that one. I've not seen the red Griff though and don't know either of the people who own them. I have also seen a lady driving a dark silver chim inbetween Cheadle and E.Dids a few times. Anyone know of her?

See you Tuesday!

Ta for the email Ricardinho (wish you'd picked a name that's easier to spell), yes I'll most likely be there at 8-ish, thanks for the invite

As far as other TVRs round these parts go, I've seen a silver Griff parked up in Didsbury loads of timesI know of the red Griff on Kingsway, but I've never had the bottle to actually knock on the guys doorand say hi, and I've seen a dark blue Chim a few times as well as a dark green 'un. A lot of Shanes customers at SFR are fairly local as well, but not sure if they post on here.

Saw a bright red Tamora 2 weeks ago as well, cruising thru DidsburyI posted a 'spotted' on the Tamora section, and they're on PH, not sure whether they're in south m/cr tho'.

Its strange I've never seen the S's around, but that's about to change

All set for tomorrow gents, looking forward to it!

Had a weekend at home this week so no TVR fun for me - the meet tomorrow should provide a suitable 'fix'.

See you then.
Cheers
