I had a collegue following me today and he says I had a 2 foot flame from the exhaust on the over run, fantastic ! I didnt know that was possible with the humble V6. Any one else had such a report ?

Impressive.. Mine makes a nice noise but yet to hear reports of flames..

Not sure Optimax does much for the performance, but certainly dioes for the cracking and popping..

My V8S has an impressive backfire on the over-run, don't know about flames though. I was overtaking some bloke in a BMW drop-top the other day and timed it just right for the gear change. I think he thought it was a drive by shooting. Tunnels are good too

My S1.5 used to flame very impressively, although often it was a sign it wasn't running at its best.

The pipes at the time were also effectively straight through

Talking of which, didn't you have yours tuned shortly before you sold it..? Where was it done?
