Noticed (and confirmed from threads elsewhere) that Robs website has crashed. Can anyone give me an idea what he charges for a full find/inspect/report jobbie?

Thanks

Form what I recall Pies is right for the full jobbie, but if you source the car yourself and get him to inspect it I think its £200!

Yep espescially as i was a fussy sod and wanted a V8S,
a very easy to deal with bloke although getting hold of him at times can be difficult.

Ideal would have to be S4c Mica Blue/Magnolia immaculate full leather interior, recent chassis restoration, decatted, new hood, ss exhaust, full MOT, cat 2 alarm, 70K used regularly etc etc etc... All for ooooooooo about £7K !! So I guess I'll work down from there but the colour is non-negotiable, and a rapidly approaching move to the countryside (consequently 2 cars needed) hence Rob.

Plus, the bonnet looks much better with the forward facing scoop a la S1 to S3.

Edited to add - IMO of course!

Rob is a good guy. Sourced my car 3 years ago - he provided alot of good advice and got me into an S3 when I thought all I could get was a baggy S1. No regrets and I would recommend him whole heartedly.
He's also a nice bloke who can talk about all sorts of cars and doesn't look down on you because your'e not buying a Cerbera / Tuscan / etc etc
