Got me headlights all back in, and they won't work on the dipped beam.
They flash ok. and work on full beam, but not on dipped. I've had a look in the bible as I thought it could be the Dim Dip Relay but can't seem to work out which one it is.
Bearing in mind that mine is a 1.5 I've checked the fuse area and there is only one other relay attached and assumed this would be the Dim Dip Relay. I held it over and still the lights won't work on dipped beam.
Anyone else had this and found out the problem.

I should add that I've checked all the imediate wiring in the headlight area and all seems well. HELP!

Have you checked the multi-way connectors between the main loom and the bonnet loom, down by the hinges? Common point of failure.

Have you checked the headlight switch stalk ? This could be messing you about. If you remove the cowling, and the 2 screws securing the stalk to the steering column, you can get it off and check the switch continuity with a meter.

check the fuses are located OK. Just had the same prob, and removed and replaced all the relevant fuses and hey-presto it worked.
