'S' Rear Lights Puzzle??

Actually, it seems to depend on the car...!
When I was looking to buy an S, I viewed about 15 cars... and 2 of them had the lights on upside down (ie the left cluster was roated through 180 degrees and sat on the right side of the car).
strangely though MOST seem to be correctly orientated...

Agree, does seem a little odd. Probably a Ford manufacturing issue...
