Several possibilities.
See here: www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?t=23739&f=11&h=0&hw=brake+master

Or search the forum.

Apparently my unit has a label on it saying:

E519ASAS40EY

Make sense to anyone?

Thanks.

I reckon it would be Saab - Saab 9000 pre ABS, this was definate for my Brake servo when I replaced it and the manifold has on it - E519ASAS37BY which is pretty close to the one you quoted.
If it helps I can take a digi. pic. of it and e mail for recognition, afraid not clever enough to post pictures yet on the forum.

I changed the one on my 1988 S1 and it was definitely from a Saab 9000. It is a Lucas Girling part. I kept the label on the box for future reference - the nos on it are

PMH237
(74066814/74066519)
Saab 8964892

Any Lucas trade counter should recognise the nos, but I eneded up getting it from an independant brake specilaist as they were a lot cheaper.

Hope that helps.
