For my website i am building a page of contacts that "S" owners have used for anything e.g service repair retrim parts etc

Please can you list them below

Please beware not to publish addresses as certain companies dont post thier address on the web.

If you can just list below company name and website and/or tel number and email the rest to
colin @ piesite . com

This for all not just south east England, its for everywhere

Cheers in advance

Renovo for hood waterproofer and restorer and the fabulous plastic window polish.

Austec for some of the best staff and workshops around.

Shell for Optimax

Adrian Blyth.

Micheldever Tyres - cheap but excellent, though do you have to queue, they are always busy.www.micheldever.co.uk or Protyre www.protyre.co.uk for a better south region spread.

Oh and of course, Pistonheads and the grand master PetrolTed

Well done, fantastic idea.

Whilst on the subject of insurance I am also currently with Privelidge and they gave me my cheapest quote for coprehensive for an S3 with 15k per year including work use of £730 pa
(I had a prang a few years back in my Scooby) Until...
Liverpool Victoria quoted for a like policy £520!!!

Worth giving them a ring.

Best thing would be to get them out of 'Sprint' wouldn't it?

Roy.

Im thinking where to get bits and bobs i.e

lights
switches
mats
etc etc

For servicing those that advertise in Sprint tend to be a bit dear for a humble "S" owner

I'll plod on

I agree with Pies, however, with the utmost respect I'm not so sure I would describe the driver of a seemingly immaculate V8S a 'humble driver'.

The " humble driver" meerly refers to any of us who dosent want to pay sky high charges

ref parts its one thing knowing what car they are of its another finding a supplier

2.9 V6's have a wierd ignition coil called an Ecoil. This is a ford part, and can be difficult to get.
When the Coil died on my mates S3C (in my custody at the time) we managed to get an alternative through a mate in the industry. (at that time there were only about 3 E-coils in all of Ford UK !!)
