Yep, pretty bad. Saying that I've seen some S3's that have been just as bad.
Just done my out riggers, take a little advice from me don't drill any holes in the new body/seat belt mounts until you have the body in the exact position, then mark and drill. Also be careful to get the alignment of the new body mount plates/front diagonal tube correct, a few millimetres here can lift and flex the body so much it will cause the doors to catch when they are shut. If this does happen, no need to panic, just need to play around with different rubber mounts to level things out. It can help if you cut the front diagonal before the bracing tube, then weld the new diagonal tube to the old one, making use of a collar to strengthen things. Not possible in all cases though, because the diagonal tube has rusted too much, like mine, and possibly yours by the look of the photo. Also be careful while re-notching the middle diagonal and bracing tube - don’t grind too much off!!
Hope this helps.

My MOT is up at the end of the month so my body off will begin then. The riggers need a good chop and weld, I will try and get a few pics for the rusty rigger comp' that seems to be running.
I can honestly say that I don't want to win this one,
Z
if you want some chassis tubing i still have some left
