Where Can I Get a Wooden Knob?
Discussion
Hi Stephen,
For a nice wood and chrome steering wheel you can buy one from Mountney, costs about £80. I am pretty sure you will need a mounting boss for a Sierra - I did as my steering column has a hexagonal cross section. I have seen wooden knobs at a number of places - I think even Halfords do one. Personally I prefer a chrome/alloy one which are easily available.
Hope that helps.

I need to replace my existing wooden one as the thread has gone! I already have a wooden steering wheel, so hopefully I can find a knob that fits - smirk smirk
One problem I found is that the thread seems to be different to a friends TVR (he has a spare knob - ooer!!!)
Might be nice to go for a alu knob after all!
Sorry about the Carry On humour - couldn't resist
