Having had mine out before, they are not too complicated...

If someone has a knackered one, could they undo all the stitching, lay it out flat and make some sort of template, sketch it and post it on here...

There are loads of places to get leather or any other contrasting material or colour.

It will be a case of buy, cut out, take to a seemstress and bobs your fathers brother....

IMO, It shouldn't be too expensive...??

I am having one made next week in green leather (along with having the interior re-trimmed). The chap I am using seems very reasonable - and seeing as he has my gaiter he will have a template for yours if you ask him quick.
